Refund / Return Policy

Direction to Divine provides digital educational services (online courses, lectures, and learning materials). We do not sell physical products, and therefore there is no shipping or physical return process. This policy explains when refunds may apply to course fees.

2. Nature of Services

• All offerings are digital learning services delivered online
• No physical goods are shipped to students
• Course access is granted through our learning platform after enrollment and payment confirmation

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same fee period due to a technical error.
• Course cancellation by DTD: If we cancel a course or batch before it starts and cannot offer a suitable alternative.
• Enrollment not approved: If payment was received but enrollment was declined and access was never granted.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available when:

• You have already accessed substantial course content after payment
• You change your mind after the course or batch has started
• You fail to attend live sessions or complete coursework
• Technical issues on your device or internet connection prevent access (we will try to help resolve these)
• Monthly fees for periods already consumed or in progress

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of the payment date with:

• Your full name and registered email
• Course / batch name
• Payment date and transaction reference or screenshot
• Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time (typically within 7–14 business days).

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible, or via bank transfer. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Service Continuity

If a refund is approved for a paid enrollment period, access to the related course content for that period may be revoked.
